The equivalent of the 1813 Holey Dollar and the only surviving note known in private hands of this important denomination by this issuer. The words 'in Copper Coin, on Demand' has been ruled out and 'Currency' written undoubtedly as a response to the introduction of silver Holey Dollars and Dumps to the local currency.
